1. Eligibility: The Dodge Ram Ultimate Outdoor Challenge Instant Win Game and Giveaway (the "Game and Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S., ages eighteen (18) years or older as of February 27, 2009. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Chrysler LLC ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries & affiliated companies, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Game subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. How To Play: Log on to http://www.ramoutdoorchallenge.com beginning on February 27, 2009 and ending no later than 11:59:59PM ("PT") on 05/27/09, and complete the registration in its entirety. Once you have completed the registration and click the submit button you will be notified if you are an Instant winner or not. If you are a winner you will receive a winning screen, which will tell you what prize you have won and complete details on how you will receive your prize. If you are not a winner you will receive a "Sorry Try Again Tomorrow" message. All prizes subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these rules. Please allow 8-10 weeks following conclusion of the verification process to receive your prize. If your screen message says, "Sorry Try Again tomorrow" you are not a winner today, please try again tomorrow. All eligible game plays for the Instant Win Prizes will receive (1) One entry into the random Grand Prize drawing. Limit one game play per email address and per person per day.    • (1) Grand Prize - One winner will receive a 2009 Dodge Ram Truck; an Elk hunting trip for winner and one (1) guest to Three Folks Ranch, Savery, Wyoming from 10/12/09 - 10/18/09 (7days and 6 nights) ("Trip Prize"); one (1) Remington 700 SPS Stainless Rifle in 30-06 along with two boxes of ammunition; two (2) 24-pk Buckbomb assorted scent packages; two (2) Leatherman Knives; two (2) complete Scent IQ apparel packages, containing 2 of each of the following items: S2V Jackets, S2V Pants and S2V Boots for winner and guest; and, one (1) of the following items: a Bushnell Excursion EX 8x36mm Binocular, an Elite 3200 3x9x40mm Rifle Scope and a Scout 1000 with ARC Laser Range Finder.
     
     Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to show proof of insurance and a valid driver's license in order to accept prize. Color and features of chosen Vehicle at the sole discretion of Sponsor. All licenses, registration, title and insurance fees associated with the Grand Prize vehicle, as well as all other costs involved in claiming, owning and operating vehicle are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize will be fulfilled through a dealership of the Sponsor's choice near the winner's residence. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize truck is $40,000.
     
     
   • The winner will be required to have a valid driver's license or proof of identification and will be required to complete an ATF form #4473 (5300.9) at his/her local firearms retailer that holds a valid Federal Firearms License. Failure to comply with each of these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize. Chrysler LLC/Dodge or Remington will not be responsible for any fees collected by the retailer to perform these required functions. Such fees shall be at winner's sole expense and shall be the winner's sole responsibility.
   • The "Trip Prize" consists of round trip coach air transportation for winner and guest between the United States commercial airport located closest to winner and Steamboat Springs, Colorado (air transportation will not be provided if the winner is located within 250 mile radius of Savery, Wyoming), ground transportation to/from ranch/airport and lodging (one room, double occupancy), and Colorado hunting licenses, which will be handled by sponsor. DISCLAIMERS: The "Trip Prize" does not include (and the winner is solely responsible for) all expenses not specified in these Official Rules, including but not limited to meals, guide, taxes, tips, license or other fees, permits, equipment purchase or rentals, accident, baggage and trip cancellation insurance, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, laundry or other personal expenses or ranch charges incurred during the trip. A hunting license valid on the applicable dates is required. The "Trip Prize" is also subject to all other terms, conditions and restrictions of property owner on which the "Trip Prize" activities occur, including, without limitation, property rules and regulations, and execution and delivery of separate liability releases. Winner will be contacted regarding travel portion of the "Trip Prize" by a representative of Sponsor to coordinate travel dates and itinerary. Winner must confirm travel dates so as to complete travel by 10/18/09. If winner is unable to take required actions by stated dates (i.e., make travel arrangements so as to complete travel by 10/18/09), the "Trip Prize" will be forfeited in its entirety (and have no redeemable cash value) and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary (as set by Sponsor). No other dates may be substituted. If potential winner is unable to travel according to these requirements, the "Trip Prize" will be forfeited (and have no redeemable cash value) and an alternate winner will be selected. Both the winner and any guest must be eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. All taxes associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Colorado non-resident elk licenses for 2009 are $545.00 each. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $62,998. Actual retail value may vary depending upon the point of departure for the Trip Prize and fare fluctuation related to the Trip Prize."

   Approximate retail value of all available prizes is $70,263. All prizes are expressly limited to the items listed above and do not include any other accessories, services or expenses. Any difference between the actual cost and the approximate retail value will not be awarded. The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, and are not refundable, and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right (but has no obligation) to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof, including cash) of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, international and local taxes and assessments. If applicable, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize."

Winner Selection and Notification. Prizes will be awarded in one of two ways: (i) instantly upon entry (Instant Prizes), and (ii) upon random drawing (Grand Prize).
• Instant Prizes. Prior to the beginning of the promotion period, sponsor will randomly select 324 dates and times (specific to the minute) during the Promotion Period and will randomly assign one prize to each of those times. After registering and clicking submit at http://www.ramoutdoorchallenge.com, entrants will learn immediately whether they have won an Instant Prize, subject to verification. Odds of winning instantly depend on the number of eligible entries received during a given day and time during the entry period. During the entry period there will be randomly selected times with prizes randomly assigned to each time. The first participant who registers at the randomly selected time is the potential winner assigned to that prize. If no one registers at the randomly selected time, the first participant who submits an entry after the randomly selected time will be the potential winner, subject to verification. Instant Prizes and Randomly Seeded prizes will be mailed to winners within 90 days from date/timestamp of Instant Win notification on line. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. No more than the number of prizes stated in these Official rules will be awarded.
• Random drawing. The Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected on or about June 5, 2009, from all eligible entries received prior to the entry deadline. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for game play. The winner will be notified by mail, and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, within 10 days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited. If a winner is found to be ineligible, or cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, that winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants agree that Sponsor, their affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be responsible and will have no liability whatsoever for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this Giveaway including, but not limited to: any injury or damage to person or property while attending any function which is part of or related to any prize; the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any prize; any injury or damage to entrant's or third person's property related to or resulting from any part of the Giveaway; or any technical malfunctions of, or non-authorized human intervention ("hacking") into, the entry system including computer online system, computer dating mechanism, software, or any combination thereof. Sponsor shall have no liability for any incomplete or late entries or entries not in compliance with these Official Rules, and such entries will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this Giveaway for any reason including but not limited to a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Giveaway. In such event, winners will be selected in a manner determined by Sponsor, deemed to be fair, appropriate and consistent with the spirit of these Official rules. If due to a production or other error, more winning Official Game Notices are distributed, or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded, the intended prize will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified claims received. ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR PRIZES AND MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON.
